Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 5-9 business days for the rest of India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • Note: Customer has to pay shipping charge for all situation!

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The SAABOO provides Standard Shipping charge Rs.99 only in India (16 standard states). (4-7 Business Days)
  • The SAABOO also provides Free Shipping charge only in India (16 standard states) for total order value more than Rs.900 (4-8 Business Days)
  • The SAABOO also provides Special Zone Shipping charge Rs.99 only in India (8 special states), (4-8 Working Days)
  • The SAABOO also provides Discounted Special Zone Shipping charge Rs.99 only in India (8 special states) for total order value more than Rs.900 (4-8 Working Days)
  • Note: Customer has to pay shipping charge for all situation!

Note: Delivery time and Delivery Charges may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Some Exceptions

We will ship some products based on color availabilities and same will be sent to customers without any prior information ex. Smoke case, Soft silicone case, Hair Accessories etc.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.saaboo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

www.saaboo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But still we can do something for our saaboo fans If you received your order damaged, please take a image of damaged product and forward us via mail or Instagram or Facebook. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before mail us.

  • Note: Customer has to pay shipping charge for all situation!

Delivered Issues

  • Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via mail with in 24 hours from order delivered date. We can't escalate order delivered issue after 24 hours from order delivered date.
  • All our orders delivery is OTP based, delivery person asked you for OTP in order to deliver the parcel, kindly be careful please give OTP to delivery person while receiving parcel beacause after OTP verified customer is responsilble for parcel.
  • Note: Customer has to pay shipping charge for all situation!
  • POD (Proof of Delivery) must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, if not the shipping company will not honor your claim. (applicable for signature based delivery)
     

Reshipment

Any orders returned to us without delivered to customer due to varoius circumstances then we reship to customer based on customer request and customer have to pay the shipping charge for the same.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the India.
