- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange, this may vary based on products you purchase from saaboo.com.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping for Return the product:
- To return your product, you should mail your product to address we provide.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If order not delivered to you then it will be returned to our location, then we will inform to you the same and once you pay the reshipping amount we will proceed reshipping the same parcel! Customer needs to pay the shipping charge if they want to reship the product under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
We aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. In certain situations, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit may be issued for situations including, but not limited to:
- Customer-requested order cancellations
- Unavailable or out-of-stock items
- Approved return requests
- Delivery issues outside our control
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries or refused shipments
- Promotional, discounted, or limited-stock products
- Goodwill compensation or support resolutions
Store Credit Terms
- Store credit is issued digitally and can be used on future purchases on our website.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.
- Any remaining balance after purchase will stay available for future use.
- Store credit validity, if applicable, will be mentioned at the time of issue.
- We can replace same products if there is any issue but we cannot refund under any circumstances.
- Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific needs we cannot refund. notes: processing fees cannot be refunded, for example shipping charges, payment gateway charges, order processing charges, etc.
- Note: We cannot take return or exchange or refund for wrong mobile model or wrong size t-shirt or wrong products selected by customer!

Abuse & Fraud Protection
To protect our business from misuse:
- Excessive cancellation, refund, or return requests may be declined.
- Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, refunds, returns, replacements, or store credits in suspicious or abusive cases.
Final Decision
All refund, cancellation, replacement, return, and store credit decisions are subject to our review. Our decision shall be final in all cases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at saaboohelp@gmail.com get confirmation from us and send your item to address we provide.

Delivered Issues
- Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via mail with in 24 hours from order delivered date. We can't escalate order delivered issue after 24 hours from order delivered date.
- All our orders delivery is OTP based, delivery person asked you for OTP in order to deliver the parcel, kindly be careful please give OTP to delivery person while receiving parcel beacause after OTP verified customer is responsilble for parcel.
